When will my order arrive?

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, our contracted companies deliver within the country, covering a specified set of cities listed on the delivery page. All cities served by our company representatives are clearly displayed.

For deliveries outside the country, please contact our team via WhatsApp. We will provide you with information on product weight as well as rates for international shipping agents not currently listed in our store.


What should I do if the product has a manufacturing defect?

In the event of a defect, please consult our returns policy for details. If we agree to return a defective product, shipping costs will be calculated by our company, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, in accordance with our return policy, no charges will be applied to the value of the product.


I would like to place a large order, are there any discounts?
