Exchange and Return Policy :

With us, exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers, encompassing all products displayed in our store.

All products displayed in our store are subject to our exchange and return policy, according to the terms set out on this page.

Returns or exchanges are possible if the product remains in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packaged in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Take a photo of the product and send it to us, indicating the city, address and order number. This will facilitate replacement of the product in the event of damage, a specific defect, or use not in accordance with the original agreement.

A full refund will be made if the product received differs completely from its description on the product page of our website.

We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of products not mentioned on the product page of our website.

A discount of 30%, i.e. a value of at least 20 SAR, will be deducted if the customer decides not to keep the product which is neither defective nor presenting any noticeable problem.
